Who am I?
My name is Lauren Massey. I went on the World Race in July, 2014 after graduating from Auburn (War Eagle)! I now work at Adventures in Missions doing finances. I love hiking, popcorn, and sunflowers.
What do I do at Adventures in Missions?
I have the privilege of supporting and serving missionaries here at Adventures in Missions through finance and logistics.What exactly does that mean?
We have thousands of missionaries participate in long-term and short-term trips every year. They are fundraising money and traveling to multiple countries. Someone has to be state-side managing the money they support raise and logistically getting them from country to country so that they can follow God’s call. That’s where I come in. I make sure the money they raise is stewarded wisely and spent on building the Kingdom. I also help them with the logistics of moving from country to country. I LOVE that God has called me here to serve His people in such a unique way!
